Fancamp Exploration, Golden Mallard property agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a purchase agreement dated June 25, 2018, between Fancamp Exploration Ltd. and Golden Mallard Corp., whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 20 claims located in the Cunningham township in Ontario. Consideration is $25,000 cash paid in equal amounts over a five-year period and 100,000 shares. The vendor is granted a 2.0-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty, of which the company may buy back 1.0 per cent of the NSR for a period of seven years from the date of the agreement for $1-million.
