The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Oct. 27, 2017.

Number of shares:  1,020,417 shares

Purchase price:  75 cents per share

Warrants:  510,208 share purchase warrants to purchase 510,208 shares

Warrant exercise price:  $1.20 for a two-year period

Number of placees:  12 placees

Total pro group involvement:  66,800 (two placees)

Finders’ fees:  PI Financial Corp., $2,799 cash and 3,732 warrants payable; EMD Financial Inc., $13,005 cash and 20,690 warrants payable; Haywood Securities Inc., $804 cash and 1,072 warrants payable (Each warrant is exercisable into one common share at $1.20 for two years from closing.)
