GOLDREA ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF $0.20 UNITS
Goldrea Resources Corp. will conduct a non-brokered private placement of 2.5 million units at 20 cents each for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each unit will comprise one common share and one common share purchase warrant with an exercise price of 30 cents for a period of one year. The gross proceeds will be used for general administration expenses, for possible further advancement of currently held properties, and for acquisition or related costs of future projects. All securities issued under the private placement will be subject to a four-month hold. A finder’s fee may be paid in connection with the financing.
