Fancamp agreement for Mallard Heenan property

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Jan. 17, 2018, between Fancamp Exploration Ltd. and Golden Mallard Corp., whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Mallard Heenan property in Swayze, Ont. Consideration is an advance royalty of $150,000 cash payable over a five-year period, one million shares and a commitment to spend $200,000 in the first two years. The vendor has been granted a 2-per-cent net smelter royalty (NSR), of which the company may repurchase 1 per cent of the NSR within seven years for $1-million, subject to further exchange review and acceptance.
