Hi Ho Silver acquires illite clay property in B.C.

HI HO SILVER RESOURCES INC. ACQUIRES COSMETIC CLAY DEPOSIT AND PLANS INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has acquired a mineral property, easily accessible by road, located in central British Columbia, containing significant quantities of illite clay outcropping at surface level. The illite clay property comprises approximately 145.46 hectares in one claim unit. Consideration for 100 per cent of the illite clay property included the issuance of 100,000 common shares of Hi Ho and a cash payment of $10,000 paid to the vendors of the illite clay property, Turnagain Resources and John Bakus.

Based on laboratory analyses and investigations, the illite clay property contains a significant volume of high-purity bedded illite clay material. A National Instrument 43-101 report on the illite clay property is in preparation. Surface sampling and test preparation for marketing the illite clay property have been initiated. There are no established resources or reserves of illite on the illite clay property, and additional sampling and measurement of the material will be necessary to establish a resource. There can be no assurance that, if delineated, any such resource will be economically recoverable.

Milan Gubash, president of Hi Ho, has established storage facilities in the Vancouver area and a packaging, storage and marketing facility in Serbia. International markets for the distribution of the clay as a high-purity cosmetic are being investigated. Preliminary results from laboratories in Novi Sad, Serbia, confirm the suitability of the product for direct cosmetic application without any processing other than physical screening of any surface organic materials, such as twigs and leaves, from the natural fine powder form.

Cosmetic application of clay is a rapidly expanding market in many areas of the world, particularly Europe, eastern Europe, Russia, Korea, China and Southeast Asia.
