MANGANESE X ENERGY ENTERS INTO CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA TO DEVELOP VALUE ADDED PRODUCTS
Manganese X Energy Corp. was recently approached by the University of Minnesota, more specifically the Natural Resources Research Institute, Coleraine Laboratories division, to assist and help develop value-added manganese products. Manganese X has entered into a confidentiality agreement, ESAF 920 contract No. 12655 C, signed and in effect Aug. 21, 2017, with the intent to further develop new technological methodologies and efficient cost-effective innovations. In addition, Manganese X will also continue to work with the additional prominent manganese engineering companies already engaged in its various metallurgical projects.
“We believe that having the University of Minnesota on board, along with our team of experts, will enhance tremendously and expedite our development of our Battery Hill, Woodstock, N.B., manganese property, with the intent of being the first North American supplier of value-added materials to the lithium ion battery and other alternative energy industries, as well as the steel industry,” stated chief executive officer Martin Kepman.
In addition, Manganese X continues to pursue additional manganese and other potential acquisitions and opportunities.
