Sierra Iron Ore to issue up to 670,620 shares for debt
SIERRA ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT
Sierra Iron Ore Corp. has agreed to debt settlements whereby it will issue up to 670,620 common shares to creditors, at a deemed value of 40 cents per share, to settle debts totalling $268,248.04.
The debt settlement remain subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
