GOLDREA ACQUIRES SNIPPET PROPERTY IN BC’S GOLDEN TRIANGLE
Goldrea Resources Corp. has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in a gold-copper prospect, known as the Snippet property, for consideration of 500,000 shares to an arm’s-length vendor. The Snippet property, located in northwestern British Columbia, covers approximately 213 hectares and is adjacent to the company’s Snip North claims. It is also about five kilometres east of Seabridge Gold’s recent drilling target.
Jim Elbert, president and chief executive officer, stated: “We are very pleased to acquire another quality property in the prolific Golden Triangle region of B.C. Goldrea has now assembled a sizable land package of over 8,600 hectares in the heart of the Triangle, and we are excited about the prospective value of our mineral project.”
