West High files Q3 financials, appoints Vinck director
WEST HIGH YIELD RELEASES FINANCIAL RESULTS
West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. has released its financial results, and management discussion and analysis for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2014. The unaudited interim condensed financial statements and related MD&A for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2014, have been filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities on SEDAR.
The company also advises that it has completed its annual and special meeting of shareholders on this date and all shareholder resolutions were approved. At the meeting, the board of directors was re-elected and in addition, Dwayne Vinck of Calgary was elected to the board. Mr. Vinck has been chief financial officer of the company since October, 2007, is a chartered accountant and owner of a public accountant service firm, chairman of Sulfur Recovery Engineering (private company) and board member of the Kids Help Phone, former president of Hunting Energy Services (Canada) Ltd. Mr. Vinck is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Corporate Directors and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
