The Grosso Group and its member companies Golden Arrow Resources Corp (TSX-V: GRG) and Blue Sky Uranium Corp (TSX-V: BSK) extend their congratulations to member company Argentina Lithium and Energy Corp (“Argentina Lithium”, TSX-V: LIT) on its newly announced partnership with one of the world’s leading automakers and mobility providers.

On September 27, 2023, Argentina Lithium announced a US$90 million investment (in Argentine dollar equivalents) by Peugeot Citroen Argentina S.A., a subsidiary of Stellantis N.V. (“Stellantis”) with iconic brands including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep®, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, RAM, Vauxhall, Free2Move and Leasys. With the transaction, Stellantis will become a 19.9% owner of Argentina Lithium’s wholly owned Argentine subsidiary. The deal also includes a lithium offtake agreement for up to 15,000tpa of future lithium production, over a minimum of seven years.
