Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has agreed to acquire the 1,100-hectare Grasset Dome property adjacent to the recent nickel-copper-platinum group element Grasset discovery of Balmoral Resources.

Hi Ho Silver’s property consists of three mineral claim applications that the company believes to be prospective for nickel, copper and PGE deposits. The company will issue six million shares at a deemed price of five cents per share for the property, free of any net smelter return royalty, and another 600,000 shares as a finder’s fee.

The company is planning a geological and geophysical evaluation of the property from available data in anticipation of an exploration program this season.
