TEARLACH FILES NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT ON TONOPAH NORTH – GABRIEL LITHIUM PROJECT AND ANNOUNCES TSXV FINAL APPROVAL
Tearlach Resources Ltd., further to its news release dated Jan. 10, 2023, has received TSX Venture Exchange approval of its option to earn in up to a 70-per-cent interest in the lithium mining rights of the Tonopah North lithium project from Blackrock Gold Corp., pursuant to the terms of an exploration and option to enter joint venture agreement with Blackrock Gold dated Jan. 9, 2023. The company has filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report on SEDAR on the Gabriel project entitled, “NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Gabriel Lithium Project, Nye and Esmeralda Counties, Nevada, USA.” For more information regarding the agreement, please see the company’s prior news release dated Jan. 10, 2023, which news release was filed on SEDAR on Jan. 23, 2023.
