Avrupa extends expiry date of warrants
The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants of Avrupa Minerals Ltd.:
Private placement
Number of warrants: four million
Original expiry date of warrants: March 28, 2014
New expiry date of warrants: Dec. 15, 2014
Exercise price of warrants: 50 cents
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of four million shares with four million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective March 26, 2012.
