Argentina Lithium agreement for Rinconcita II property

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a purchase agreement dated Aug. 17, 2022, between the company and Recursos Energeticos y Mineros Salta S.A. (REMSA). Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Rinconcita II mining concession area in the Salta province of Argentina. By way of consideration, the company will make a cash payment totalling $2.5-million (U.S.). The property is subject to a 3-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty in favour of the vendor.
