The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.
Private placement
Number of warrants: 2,334,000
Current expiry date of warrants: Oct. 31, 2022
New expiry date of warrants: Dec. 15, 2022
Exercise price of warrants: 10 cents (unchanged)
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of five million shares with five million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 6, 2020. Of the five million warrants originally issued, 2,666,000 have already been exercised by the holders thereof.
