Cypress Develop acquisition of Clayton Valley project

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing purchase and sale agreement dated Feb. 23, 2022, between the company, Cypress Holdings (Nevada) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and Enertopia Corp. (the vendor). Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company has completed the purchase of the vendor’s Clayton Valley lithium claystone project.
By way of consideration, the company made cash payments totalling $1.1-million (U.S.) and issued three million common shares of the company.
A finder’s fee of $105,000 (U.S.) was paid in cash to C.T. Barrie and Associates Inc.
