Edison Battery Metals changes name to Edison Lithium

Pursuant to directors resolution passed on Nov. 8, 2021, the company has changed its name as follows.
Effective at the opening, Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021, the common shares of Edison Lithium Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Edison Battery Metals Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining company.
Capitalization: unlimited shares with no par value, of which 114,881,311 shares are issued and outstanding
Escrow: nil shares subject to escrow
Transfer agent: Odyssey Trust Company
