Piedmont Lithium – Revised Scheme Meeting Date and Supplementary Scheme Booklet

We wanted to provide the following update on the status of our domiciliation from Australia to the United States.  While the process is still moving forward, the schedule has been modified somewhat and we are providing some additional information in the form of a Supplementary Scheme Booklet.

We encourage Piedmont shareholders to read the Supplementary Scheme Booklet, together with the Scheme Booklet, in its entirety.

The Supplementary Scheme Booklet will be dispatched to shareholders following registration with the Australian Securities and Investments Commissions.

The Scheme meeting will now be held in person and online on April 29, 2021.
