The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Dec. 8, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2020.
Number of shares: 533,334 flow-through shares; 1,445,000 common shares
Purchase price: 15 cents per flow-through share; 12 cents per common share
Warrants: 1,711,667 share purchase warrants to purchase 1,711,667 shares
Warrant exercise price: 25 cents for a two-year period
Number of placees: 11 placees (seven flow-through and four common)
Finders’ fees: Bob Middleton, $7,400 cash; Gerhard Merkel, $1,920 cash; PI Financial Corp., $750 cash
