Ā SIERRA ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT Sierra Iron Ore Corp. has agreed to debt settlements whereby it will issue up to 670,620 common shares to creditors, at a deemed value of 40 cents per share, to settle debts totalling $268,248.04.
