CANADA CARBON CLOSES $990,000 FLOW-THROUGH FINANCING Canada Carbon Inc. has closed a non-brokered private placement which raised gross proceeds of $990,000. Specifically, the company issued three million flow-through shares at a price of 33 cents per share to two subscribers.
